Ram Mandir land purchase scam an insult to the Nation – DK Shivakumar outrages

Bangalore: Ram Mandir land purchase scam an insult to the Nation – DK Shivakumar outrages

It has come to light that there has been a big scandal in the land purchase for Ram Mandir, which is an insult to the sentiment of the whole country and its people. Those involved in the scam should be punished, demanded KPCC president DK Shivakumar.

DK Shivakumar made this statement to the media during the protest march on the final day of Tuesday’s 100 not out campaign in Mandya.

People donated their savings to build the Ram Mandir. They have given bricks, money and what not. But it is a great shame for the country to see such thing that too related to Ram Mandir.
This is a disrespect to Indian culture, to our feelings, to religion. People have donated money for the construction of the Ram Mandir in villages and they have been betrayed.

This should be condemned by the whole country. Peoples donation should be returned. We urge the Central and Uttar Pradesh Government to arrest and prosecute those involved in this scam said DK Shivakumar.

Statements made by DKS during 100 Not out Protest

This is not a Congress party program but a program of the masses. This is a farmers ‘, merchants’ and common man’s protest. This is a struggle to change the lives of the common people. The Government is taxing petrol at 65/litre which actually costs Rs 35. Every party is supporting this protest and its getting good support on Social Media too.

In order to make people aware of the price difference in some areas, Congress workers are protesting by giving Rs. 50 to others, in some other places they are protesting differently in different ways.

We have a photo of Yeddiyurappa and Eshwarappa cycling when the petrol price was 52 rupees. Now, I will send it to them as a gift. Shobha Karandlaje also had protested by carrying a gas cylinder on her head. Now what do they have to say?

Since CM Yeddyurappa was born in Mandya district, I came here for the final day of protest. All things have gone up since the fuel price hike. The prices of iron, cement, fertilizer and everything from everyday items have increased.

Prices are increasing but not people’s income. The central and state BJP governments are pickpocketing people’s pockets.
Like our neighbors, our government should reduce taxes and reduce the burden on people.

The Congress condemns the increase in prices without regard to the economic conditions of the people.
The 5th Day 100 Not Out Protest is being held in Mandya today.
The protests are being held on a total of 5 thousand places. There were more than 4300 protests yesterday, today it will cross 5,000

I congratulate the Public, State leaders, District, Taluk, Hobli and Panchayat level leaders who supported the protest.

A total increase of 51 times this year, but in the wake of the state elections in March and April, they didn’t increase the price.

Ill not speak about BJPS internal rift- Says DKS

Ill not speak about Eshwarappa. Their party’s situation has become too problematic for them to handle. It is a difficult situation for anyone to explain. Ill not comment on their party or their problem said DK Shivakumar
